Recipes: Strawbery Bellini

strawbery bellini: party supply

Ingredients:
2 strawberries
15ml vodka
dash sugar syrup
champagne
½ strawberry garnish

Step 1
Place the strawberries into a Boston glass and muddle.

Step 2
Add the vodka and sugar.

Step 3
Fill the Boston glass with ice and add the shaker.
Shake for 5 seconds and remove the Boston.

Step 4
Pour into a Champagne flute using the Hawthorne strainer.

Step 5
Slowly pour the Champagne over the mix and garnish with half a strawberry.

This cocktail tastes great with most fruits.
The classic Bellini is made with peach, but try raspberries, passionfruit, lychees and pear for some great alternatives.
