Ingredients: 1 fresh kiwi 2 lime wedges 100ml pineapple juice 100ml cranberry juice kiwi slice garnish.
Step 1 Peel and cut the kiwi into slices and place into a tall glass. Crush with the base of the barspoon.
Step 2 Squeeze and drop in the two lime wedges and add the pineapple juice.
Step 3 Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir with the barspoon.
Step 4 Top with more crushed ice, then slowly pour the cranberry juice over the ice. Garnish with a slice of fresh kiwi.
