Campo Viejo brought Spanish food and wine to London with this festival on the Southbank. For 3 summers the world famous La Boqueria market would come to London and celebrate Spanish food and drink. Campo Viejo operated a number of pop up bars retailing their wines and Sangria, opened a pop up restaurant with a Michelin starred Spanish chef and hosted interactive wine tasting sessions. Create were tasked with all bar operations ensuring efficient drinks service, retailing to 300,000 guests over the Bank holiday weekend.
